We are now looking for an Import & Export Specialist, NOA. This position is located in Changshu, China.

What you will do

  • Contact raw material planning, customer service team and facility service department to prepare and check the written documents, pass them to forwarder in time for Customs clearance
  • Monitor the shipping and customs clearance status of imported goods, share the status information to the related person
  • Monitor forwarder and shipping lining companies’ service, continue to improve
  • Collect all import and export documents, record them in the summary list, arrange payment to forwarders after clarification
  • Keep good communication with government authority
  • Complete any additional jobs assigned by the superior

Who you are

  • You have Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or any related field
  • You have min 3 years working experience in bonded products handling area
  • You are familiar with export /import regulation
  • You have strong communication skills and coordination ability
  • You are fluent in both written and spoken English
  • You are familiar with Microsoft software
  • You have PCIM Handbook/Ledger handling experience
