We are now looking for an Order Management Intern to join our team in UPM Business Hub Poland.

In the role of OM Intern, you will be responsible for supporting order management tasks starting from order entry to successful delivery to customer. What you will do

  • Support Order Management team in daily operational activities
  • Assist with order processing and order tracking
  • Prepare regular reports and analyze operational data
  • Maintain accurate records in internal systems
  • Support issue resolution and stakeholder communication
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives and project-related activities
  • Perform other administrative and analytical tasks as required

Who you are

  • You are a student / You have a relevant university degree or basic experience in customer service or order processing
  • You are willing to learn UPM culture, processes and organization
  • You are willing to work with Sales Force and learn SAP functionalities; knowledge of Order Fulfilment and Order Management tools (e.g. SAP, Sales Force) would be an asset
  • You are a team-oriented person and good networker
  • You have a solution oriented and customer focused mindset
  • You have excellent Excel skills and the ability to quickly learn and work effectively with other systems
  • You have an interest to work in international team and to cooperate with multiple teams
  • You have advanced English communication skills

Additional information

This position offers a hybrid working model, combining remote work from home with regular on-site collaboration in Wrocław. We offer a contract of mandate.

The position holder will report to Team Leader, Order Management.
