Vos missions dans cette nouvelle aventure :

- Elaborer tous les repas des différentes plages horaires y compris les repas de Direction et des Visiteurs en tenant compte des menus établis et des quantités prédéfinies en fonction du planning. - Participer à la distribution des repas au self. - Contribuer à la gestion de l’encaissement des repas (pointage/encaissement). - Effectuer l’entretien de son poste de travail et de la vaisselle suivant les normes HACCP. - Réaliser certaines tâches définies par le coordonnateur pour avancer la préparation des repas du lendemain.

Vous êtes le talent que l’on recherche si vous êtes :

Bac ou Bac+2 avec une expérience de 3 à 5ans minimum en tant que Cuisinier.

Connaître les méthodes HACCP.

Connaitre les modes opératoires applicables en lien avec le Plan de Maitrise Sanitaire.

L'esprit d’équipe, l'écoute, l'empathie, la rigueur et une bonne communication sont des qualités requises sur ce poste.
