Upway ist die führende Plattform für zertifizierte E-Bikes aus zweiter Hand. Wir bereiten gebrauchte Bikes so auf, dass sie fahren wie am ersten Tag. Für unser zweites deutsches Upcenter in Düsseldorf suchen wir tatkräftige Verstärkung in der Logistik.

Dies ist kein reiner Bürojob. Du arbeitest direkt im Herzstück unserer Werkstatt und begleitest unsere E-Bikes von der Ankunft im Lager bis zum Versand an unsere Kunden.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Wareneingang & Check-in: Du nimmst neue Lieferungen an, packst sie aus und führst die erste Inspektion durch (Akku-Check, Kilometerstand, optischer Zustand), bevor du sie in unserem System erfasst.
  • Premium-Aufbereitung: Du verpasst den Bikes eine Tiefenreinigung und sorgst für das optische Finish, um unseren hohen „Wie neu“-Standard zu garantieren.
  • Produktdarstellung: Du erstellst hochwertige Fotos der Bikes und pflegst die technischen Daten in unser System ein, damit sie online gehen können.
  • Qualitätssicherung: Als letzte Kontrollinstanz stellst du sicher, dass jedes Bike sauber, sicher und mit dem korrekten Zubehör (Ladegerät, Handbuch) verpackt ist.
  • Versandlogistik: Du verpackst die E-Bikes transportsicher und koordinierst die Abholung mit unseren Speditionspartnern.
  • Prozess-Support: Du steuerst den internen Fluss der Bikes zwischen den Stationen (Mechanik → Reinigung → Versand) und hältst die Abläufe am Laufen.

Dein Profil

  • Anpacker-Mentalität: Du bist gerne körperlich aktiv, belastbar und hast keine Scheu davor, beim Bewegen von Bikes und Versandboxen ordentlich mit anzupacken.
  • Auge fürs Detail: Du arbeitest präzise – vom glänzenden Rahmen bis zum perfekt sitzenden Paketband.
  • Zuverlässigkeit: Du bist der „Fels in der Brandung“ im Lager. Auf dich ist Verlass, damit unsere Lieferversprechen eingehalten werden.
  • Digitale Grundkenntnisse: Du gehst sicher mit Smartphone- oder Tablet-Apps um, um Logistikstatus und Versandlabels zu verwalten.
  • Teamplayer: Du arbeitest eigenständig, kommunizierst klar und bringst eine flexible Hands-on-Einstellung mit.
  • Sprachen: Grundkenntnisse in Deutsch oder Englisch.
