1、负责日常会计核算工作，包括填制和审核会计凭证，登记明细账和总账，对款项收付、财物收发、增减使用及经费收支进行准确核算； 2、参与月度、年度财务报表的编制工作，协助提供报表的各类附注明细表，对比同期和上期报表进行复核与分析，针对潜在的管理问题分析原因并提出财务建议； 3、负责往来款和存货的财务管理，跟进购销款项的按时收付，监督材料和产品的及时出入库，定期总结问题并完善相关管理制度； 4、负责人力成本的核算工作，组织协调归口管理部门填报工时，并与人力资源部门紧密配合，确保人力成本核算数据的准确性； 5、负责公司固定资产的财务管理，定期或不定期地组织固定资产盘点相关工作，确保账实相符； 6、负责按期完成税务申报工作，定期检查税务风险，确保公司税务合规； 及时做好会计凭证、财册、报表等财会资料的收集、汇编、归档等会计档案管理工作； 7、参与重点项目的财务支持工作，协助进行项目成本归集与核算； 8、其它财务相关工作。

1、统招本科及以上学历，硕士优先，财务、会计、审计等财会相关专业； 2、2027年度应届毕业生，有制造业或研发型企业财务实习经验者优先； 3、熟悉国家会计准则及相关财税法律法规，熟练使用财务软件（如用友、金蝶等）及Office办公软件，精通Excel函数及数据透视表；具备会计证、CPA证书等优先； 4、工作细致严谨，具备良好的数据敏感度、逻辑思维能力及沟通协调能力。
