1. 参与公司核心工业软件产品线的功能模块设计与开发，覆盖产品信息库（PIM）、生产任务管理系统（MES）、仓储管理系统（WMS）、供应链协同管理系统（SRM）、质量安全业务管理系统（QMS）、数据分析平台（BI）等，高质量完成业务功能编码、单元测试与接口文档编写。 2. 参与Web端、小程序、移动端等多端产品形态的工业软件功能设计与实现，打造覆盖产品全生命周期、供应链、生产制造、质量管理等场景化产品体验，让工业数据触手可及。 3. 深入航天装备制造核心业务域，参与核心业务系统的业务建模与研发实现，围绕产品、物料、BOM、版本等核心实体构建设计良好的数据模型与业务状态流转逻辑，用代码驱动航天制造的全链路数字化。 4. 参与工业数据采集、设备接口对接与上下游系统集成联调，保障系统间数据协同与业务贯通。 5. 参与数据库设计、SQL优化与系统性能调优，排查并解决开发与生产环境中的各类技术问题。 6. 参与通用组件、工具类库的编写与维护，参与研发工程化建设，提升团队开发效率与代码质量。 7. 参与代码评审与技术分享，学习并推广团队编码规范与最佳实践，编写技术文档，沉淀领域知识。

1. 统招本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、电子信息、通信等相关专业优先。 2. 掌握扎实的计算机基础知识，对数据结构、算法、计算机网络、操作系统有一定理解。 3. 掌握至少一门主流编程语言（Java/JavaScript/Python等），具备良好的编程习惯与代码规范意识，能编写清晰、可维护的代码。 4. 了解软件开发常用技术栈，如主流开发框架（Spring Boot、React/Vue等）、关系型数据库（MySQL/PostgreSQL等）。 5. 了解HTTP/HTTPS协议、Linux常用命令，熟悉Git版本控制工具。 6. 对软件开发充满热情，具备优秀的分析问题和解决问题的能力，学习能力与自驱力强。 7. 具备良好的逻辑思维能力、沟通能力与团队协作精神，对个人技术方向保持开放的探索心态。
