Om ons team in Antwerpen (Noorderlaan) te versterken, zoeken we een Country Marketer.

United Rentals Europe groeit stevig in de Benelux. Daarom zoeken we versterking: mensen met goesting om marketing niet alleen zichtbaar, maar ook meetbaar beter te maken.

Je werkt niet gewoon campagnes uit, je helpt sturen op basis van data, inzichten en klantfeedback.

Je komt terecht in een solo marketingrol voor België, maar maakt tegelijk deel uit van een groter Europees marketingteam met collega’s in onder andere Breda. Dichtbij genoeg om snel te schakelen, groot genoeg om kennis en ondersteuning te delen.

Wat ga je doen?

Als Country Marketer ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de marketingaanpak in België. Je combineert content en campagnes met analyse, marktonderzoek en customer insights.

Je werkt nauw samen met sales, operations en het Europese marketingteam en zorgt dat marketing niet alleen zichtbaar is, maar ook effectief bijdraagt aan groei.

Je:

  • zet lokale marketingcampagnes op en volgt ze actief op
  • analyseert resultaten en vertaalt cijfers naar concrete verbeteracties
  • organiseert customer panels en verzamelt inzichten rechtstreeks bij klanten
  • voert marktonderzoek uit en detecteert trends en opportuniteiten
  • schrijft en coördineert content voor onder andere LinkedIn, mailings en sales support
  • bewaakt de marketingaanpak en zorgt voor een consistente uitstraling in België
  • werkt nauw samen met sales en ondersteunt commerciële teams via tools zoals Salesforce en Showpad

Je combineert creativiteit met analyse en helpt mee richting geven aan commerciële keuzes.

Wie zoeken we?

Je bent iemand die:

  • energie haalt uit het combineren van marketing en analyse
  • kritisch kijkt naar cijfers, resultaten en klantengedrag
  • zelfstandig werkt en initiatief neemt
  • praktisch ingesteld is en dingen effectief gerealiseerd krijgt

Wat breng je mee:

  • minimum 3 jaar ervaring in een B2B marketingrol
  • ervaring met content, campagnes en digitale marketing
  • sterke analytische skills en interesse in data en customer insights
  • goede kennis Nederlands en Engels
  • basiskennis Frans
  • vlot met tools zoals Excel, Salesforce, Showpad en andere CRM- of marketingplatformen

Nice to have:

  • ervaring met customer panels, marktonderzoek of marketing analytics
  • ervaring in een technische, industriële of B2B omgeving
  • ervaring met Adobe Creative Suite, CMS of marketing automation tools
