Om ons team Customer Service in Antwerpen (Noorderlaan) te versterken, zoeken we een Technisch Commercieel Medewerker Binnendienst.

United Rentals Europe groeit stevig in de Benelux. Daarom zoeken we versterking: mensen met goesting om verantwoordelijkheid te nemen en mee het verschil te maken voor onze klanten.

Je werkt niet gewoon mee—je zorgt dat alles blijft draaien.

Je komt terecht in een klein team waar iedereen zijn rol pakt en waar je directe impact hebt op klantentevredenheid en operationele flow.

Wat ga je doen?

Als Technisch Commercieel Medewerker Binnendienst zorg jij dat aanvragen van klanten vlot omgezet worden naar concrete oplossingen—van eerste vraag tot correcte uitvoering.

Je werkt vanuit kantoor en zit midden in de operatie: je schakelt met klanten, techniekers en accountmanagers en zorgt dat alles op elkaar afgestemd blijft.

Je:

  • bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten en denkt mee over de juiste technische oplossing
  • maakt offertes op en volgt ze actief op tot ze beslist zijn
  • coördineert transport en zorgt dat materiaal tijdig en correct geleverd wordt
  • beheert huurcontracten en zorgt dat alles administratief klopt
  • schakelt met interne teams om oplossingen te vinden bij tekorten of problemen
  • verwerkt orders, facturen en dossiers correct in het systeem

Wie zoeken we?

Je bent iemand die:

  • snel schakelt en overzicht houdt, ook als het druk is
  • commercieel denkt en tegelijk praktisch blijft
  • verantwoordelijkheid neemt en zaken afwerkt
  • helder communiceert met klanten en collega’s

Wat breng je mee:

  • eerste ervaring in commerciële binnendienst, customer service of gelijkaardig
  • technische interesse of basiskennis
  • goede kennis Nederlands en vlot Engels
  • vlot met systemen (ERP, Office)

Nice to have:

  • ervaring in verhuur, industrie of technische omgeving
