I gränslandet mellan butik, deli och restaurang testar vi nya idéer, råvaror och upplevelser tillsammans med partners och branschkollegor. Vi driver utvecklingen mot en mer hållbar, godare och roligare matkultur i Stockholm och vidare ut i världen.

Vi finns på Nytorget, Sveavägen och i Hagastaden och är omkring 300 kollegor. Urban Deli är en del av Axfood-koncernen och har ett tydligt uppdrag: att accelerera resan mot prisvärd, bra och hållbar mat.

Om tjänsten

Vi söker nu en kock till vårt Matlabb på Sveavägen.

Här arbetar du i hjärtat av vår produktionsmiljö där matlagning möter innovation och effektivitet. Tillsammans med teamet skapar du högkvalitativa rätter och produkter – från tillagning till färdigpackad leverans. Produkterna som sedan levereras ut till Urban Deli´s måltidsbutiker samt andra externa försäljningskanaler. Dina främsta uppgifter är att tillsammans med teamet laga och producera maträtter/matkomponenter inom ramen för vårt koncept och utbud.

Dina arbetsuppgifter

  • Tillaga maträtter/matkomponenter
  • Säkerställa att hygien, livsmedelssäkerhet och rutiner följs
  • Bidra till ett effektivt flöde mellan kök och packning
  • Vid behov assistera vid förpackning av maträtter
  • Hålla ordning och struktur i arbetsytor och utrustning

Arbetet är på heltid och arbetstiderna är söndag-torsdag 06.30-15:00

Om dig

  • Du har ett stort intresse för mat och minst 5 års erfarenhet som kock.
  • Gymnasieexamen från livsmedelsprogrammet eller motsvarande kompetens.
  • Erfarenheten från restaurangkök, kunna bidra med matglädje, kvalitet och ett modernt tänk kring både matlagning och presentation, samtidig ha förståelse för den struktur, planering och effektivitet som krävs i ett storkök.
  • Goda kunskaper om livsmedelshygien, egenkontroll och säker livsmedelshantering.
  • Organiserad, stresstålig och tycker om att arbeta strukturerat.
  • Hög arbetsmoral och har lätt för att samarbeta med kollegor.
  • Du pratar svenska & engelska obehindrat
