Om Urban Deli

Urban Deli är framtidens matplats. En levande kombination av butik, deli, restaurang och möten, där hållbarhet, kunskap och lekfullhet ryms i varje detalj.

I gränslandet mellan butik, deli och restaurang testar vi nya idéer, råvaror och upplevelser tillsammans med partners och branschkollegor. Vi driver utvecklingen mot en mer hållbar, godare och roligare matkultur i Stockholm och vidare ut i världen.

Vi finns på Nytorget, Sveavägen och i Hagastaden och är omkring 300 kollegor. Urban Deli är en del av Axfood-koncernen och har ett tydligt uppdrag: att accelerera resan mot prisvärd, bra och hållbar mat.

Vi söker nu kockar till flera av våra kök och verksamheter, bl.a. en lunchkock till Axfoods personalmatsal, dagtid måndag-fredag, 80% sysselsättningsgrad. Här har du möjlighet att sätta din egen prägel över lunchmenyn.

Oavsett om du är en erfaren kock som vill ta nästa steg eller har något års erfarenhet och vill fortsätta utvecklas, finns det möjligheter hos oss.

Vi söker både medarbetare för tillsvidareanställning på heltid och behovsanställda som vill arbeta extra. Tjänsterna finns både dagtid och kvällstid på våra enheter i Hagastaden, Sveavägen och Nytorget.

Om rollen

Som kock på Urban Deli blir du en del av ett engagerat köksteam där kvalitet, kreativitet och samarbete står i fokus. Du arbetar med råvaror av hög kvalitet och är med och skapar matupplevelser som speglar Urban Delis nyfikna och hållbara syn på mat.

Arbetsuppgifterna varierar beroende på erfarenhet, roll och verksamhet, men kan bland annat innebära:

  • Tillagning och förberedelse av mat enligt koncept och kvalitetsstandard
  • Säkerställande av kvalitet, smak och presentation
  • Arbete med egenkontroll och livsmedelshygien
  • Samarbete med köks- och restaurangteam för att skapa bästa möjliga gästupplevelse
  • Bidra med idéer, engagemang och utveckling i det dagliga arbetet

Du arbetar nära dina kollegor och rapporterar till Kökschef eller Souschef.

Vi söker dig som:

  • Har ett genuint intresse för matlagning, råvaror och hållbar gastronomi
  • Trivs i ett högt tempo och tycker om att arbeta i team
  • Är ansvarstagande, strukturerad och kvalitetsmedveten
  • Har en positiv inställning och bidrar till en god stämning i köket
  • Är flexibel och trivs med varierande arbetsuppgifter

För vissa roller söker vi dig som har flera års erfarenhet som kock och är trygg i din yrkesroll. För andra tjänster välkomnar vi även dig som har kortare erfarenhet men stor ambition att utvecklas inom yrket.
