Actualmente buscamos incorporar a nuestro equipo de Tratamiento un/a Jefe/a de Explotación. La persona seleccionada estará en Lanzarote (Complejo Ambiental de Zonzamas).

¿Cuáles serían tus funciones?

  • Organización de equipos de trabajo, capacidad de gestión de personal y capacidad de liderazgo.
  • Control de Lean y análisis de operaciones de tratamiento de residuos.
  • Realización de pedidos y seguimiento de contratas.
  • Formulación y seguimiento de indicadores (KPI).
  • Coordinación de documentación en materia de calidad, medio ambiente y prevención.
  • Control de costes operativos.
  • Análisis e identificación de averías.

¿Qué buscamos?

  • Ingeniero Técnico o Superior.
  • Experiencia mínima de 2 años en gestión productiva y organización de personal.
  • Experiencia en análisis de datos y gestión de indicadores.
  • Experiencia en mejora continua.
