Vous souhaitez piloter des projets photovoltaïques au sol de A à Z, du premier contact terrain jusqu'au permis de construire ? Rejoignez Urbasolar et devenez l'interlocuteur·rice clé de nos projets sur votre territoire.

Vos missions :

  • Identifier et analyser les contraintes et atouts d'un site
  • Évaluer la faisabilité réglementaire et technique des projets
  • Identifier et entretenir la relation avec les interlocuteurs locaux impliqués dans l'acceptabilité du projet (élus, services de l'État, etc.)
  • Suivre, encadrer et optimiser les différentes étapes d'un projet
  • Piloter les études nécessaires à l'obtention des autorisations administratives et vérifier leur conformité réglementaire
  • Préparer les dossiers de réponse aux appels d'offres CRE et assurer la remontée d'information aux services concernés

Votre profil :

  • Vous avez une expérience en développement de projets, idéalement dans le secteur des énergies renouvelables ou de l'aménagement du territoire
  • Vous êtes à l'aise avec les aspects réglementaires et aimez approfondir des dossiers techniques
  • Vous avez un bon relationnel et savez dialoguer avec des interlocuteurs variés (élus, administrations, riverains)
  • Vous êtes autonome, organisé·e et savez piloter plusieurs projets en parallèle
  • Idéalement, vous avez déjà travaillé sur des dossiers d'autorisation environnementale ou d'urbanisme
