Vous voulez façonner la stratégie d'un marché en plein essor et encadrer une équipe engagée ? Rejoignez Urbasolar pour piloter le développement de notre activité Serres photovoltaïques, de la prospection jusqu'à la mise en culture.

Vos missions :

  • Encadrer l'équipe Serres (prospection et développement) et veiller à la mise en œuvre du plan de prospection validé
  • Assurer vos propres missions de prospection, de négociation commerciale et de sécurisation juridique des projets
  • Accompagner les chefs de projets Urbanisme et Développement Serres sur les autorisations réglementaires et le suivi de la notice agricole
  • Contribuer aux phases de développement et post-construction (présentation en KOM, visites de validation, mise à disposition des serres, suivi des cultures)
  • Définir, aux côtés du Directeur de Département, la stratégie Serres (plan de prospection, actions marketing, partenariats et alliances stratégiques)
  • Suivre et optimiser l'offre commerciale Serres face au marché et à la concurrence, en copilotant le programme R&D avec le BE Innovation

Votre profil :

  • Vous avez une expérience en développement commercial et/ou gestion de projets, idéalement dans le secteur agricole ou des énergies renouvelables
  • Vous avez une première expérience en management d'équipe
  • Vous êtes à l'aise en négociation commerciale et avec les aspects juridiques et réglementaires des projets
  • Vous avez l'esprit stratégique et savez construire des partenariats durables
  • Idéalement, vous connaissez le secteur agricole ou les problématiques liées aux serres
