We will empower you to lead, develop deep expertise, and find new approaches to solving the toughest challenges.     About the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Litigation Center: The U.S. Chamber of Commerce Litigation Center is the litigation arm of the U.S. Chamber, advocating for free enterprise in the courts. The Litigation Center represents the voice of the business community as amicus curiae and as a party to litigation. The center files over 200 amicus briefs in state and federal courts each year and brings lawsuits on behalf of the U.S. Chamber to challenge anti-business laws and regulations.   Position Overview: The coordinator will provide administrative support to the attorneys and operations at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Litigation Center, including scheduling, overseeing internal and external communications, planning events, and tracking legal work.    Responsibilities:

Plan, manage logistics, and provide support for a variety of virtual and in-person events, including out-of-town events. Track information, including answering phones, routing calls, responding to routine matters, and entering and maintaining up-to-date information on members and prospective members, legal and case-related work, and other data. Manage and update internal documents and member materials. Draft, proofread, and handle communications with member companies and law firms, other organizations, and Chamber staff. Schedule internal and external meetings for Litigation Center attorneys. Coordinate travel arrangements, logistics, briefing materials, and expense reports. Assist with marketing and communications, including member and external fundraising materials, website updates, blog posts, and social media.  Perform other administrative duties and special projects as assigned.

  Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree and 1–2 years’ administrative experience. Strong organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines. Ability to exercise sound judgment, handle confidential information, anticipate needs, work independently and collaboratively, and interact with high-level executives and their staffs both internally and externally. Strong client service ethic. Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). Experience at a law firm or as an executive assistant is preferred. An interest in policy, law, and politics is preferred.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
