Responsibilities

As our Office Manager, you’ll run the day-to-day of our Tel Aviv office and make it a place where the team can do its best work. You’ll be the go-to person for everything office-related, from vendors, supplies and the kitchen to company-wide travel and Mesh, our travel and expense platform. You’ll work closely with HR, Finance and Legal, and handle most things independently.

What you’ll own

  • Run the day-to-day operations of our Tel Aviv office so everything works smoothly and efficiently.
  • Manage relationships with vendors, suppliers and service providers, and hold them to a high standard of service.
  • Take care of facilities and supplies: maintenance, inventory and purchasing, from the first request to the fix, so the office stays fully equipped and well maintained.
  • Manage office expenses, invoices and ongoing administrative processes.
  • Handle business travel end to end for employees across locations and time zones: flights, accommodation, transportation and everything in between.
  • Run Mesh, our travel and expense platform, including expenses, reimbursements, invoices and ongoing administration, and be the person the team turns to with travel and expense questions.
  • Spot operational issues early and find practical solutions quickly.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in office management, administration, operations, or a similar role.
  • Experience working with vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
  • Comfort managing invoices, expenses, purchasing, and administrative processes.
  • Strong organization and real attention to detail. You notice the small things before anyone else does.
  • A hands-on approach: you see what needs doing and take care of it without waiting to be asked.
  • You stay calm under pressure, prioritize well, and handle several things at once on your own in a fast-paced startup.
  • Clear, friendly communication with people across the company.
  • Fluent English, written and spoken.

Nice to have

  • Experience managing business travel and employee travel arrangements.
  • Experience with travel and expense platforms. Experience with Mesh is a strong advantage.
