We zijn op zoek naar een ervaren HR Generalist die leidinggevenden ondersteunt, medewerkers begeleidt en vanuit een sterke visie op HR Business Partnering mee bouwt aan een toekomstgericht HR-beleid.

Hoe maak jij het verschil? Als HR Generalist ben je het vaste aanspreekpunt voor leidinggevenden en medewerkers binnen jouw toegewezen diensten. Je kent hun werking, begrijpt hun uitdagingen en begeleidt hen doorheen de volledige HR-cyclus.Wat ga je doen:

  • Je adviseert en ondersteunt leidinggevenden bij uiteenlopende HR-vraagstukken, van personeelsplanning tot talentontwikkeling en welzijn.
  • Je begeleidt functionerings-, opvolgings- en personeelsdossiers en ondersteunt bij complexe gesprekken.
  • Je behandelt urgente personeelsvraagstukken en biedt kwalitatieve HR-ondersteuning bij onder andere conflicten, verzuim, re-integratie en uitstroom.
  • Je bereidt dossiers grondig voor en ondersteunt de HR Business Manager bij tactische en strategische HR-vraagstukken.
  • Je leidt of ondersteunt HR-projecten, draagt bij aan procesverbeteringen en bewaakt de voortgang van acties en deliverables.
  • Je ontwikkelt expertise binnen één of meerdere HR-domeinen en deelt deze kennis met collega's.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met HR Business Managers, HR-consulenten, HR-experten en andere interne partners om een optimale dienstverlening te garanderen

Welke collega zoeken we? We zoeken een ervaren HR-professional die zich herkent in onderstaande eigenschappen:

  • Passie voor HR: je haalt energie uit het begeleiden van leidinggevenden en medewerkers en denkt oplossingsgericht mee bij personeelsuitdagingen.
  • Sterke HR-kennis: je beschikt over een goede basiskennis van sociale en arbeidswetgeving en weet deze in de praktijk toe te passen.
  • Communicatief sterk: je voert professionele advies- en personeelsgesprekken en brengt ook moeilijke boodschappen op een constructieve manier.
  • Taalvaardig: Nederlands is de voertaal binnen UZ Brussel en je communiceert vlot, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk. Empathisch en discreet: je gaat professioneel om met gevoelige informatie en hebt oog voor de mens achter elke situatie. Analytisch en georganiseerd: je kan complexe dossiers structureren, prioriteiten stellen en processen nauwgezet opvolgen.
  • Samenwerkingsgericht: je bouwt sterke relaties op met leidinggevenden, collega's en stakeholders en draagt actief bij aan een positieve samenwerking.
  • Daarnaast beschik je over: Een masterdiploma of gelijkwaardige ervaring. Minstens 5 jaar relevante ervaring binnen HR, medewerkersbegeleiding, leidinggeven en/of organisatieontwikkeling. Affiniteit met de zorgsector is een troef.
