Niet de zoveelste HR-job. Als HR-consulent volg je medewerkers op van hun eerste contract tot hun verdere loopbaan, ben je het vaste aanspreekpunt voor vragen en zorg je dat alles achter de schermen klopt — sociaal juridisch, administratief én menselijk.

Samen met 3 collega’s is het team van HR consulenten Medische Staf het aanspreekpunt voor de medische diensten en voor alle medische staf voor zowel de aanstelling van artsen (statuut van zelfstandige als bediende) als het beheer van hun HR dossier.

Hoe maak jij het verschil?

  • Begeleiden van (buitenlandse) artsen bij hun aanstelling in het UZ Brussel en het geven van het nodige advies betreffende statuut, compensation & benefits, fiscaliteit, kwalificatie en te volgen interne en externe procedures.
  • Erover waken dat aanstellingen conform de interne procedures verlopen.
  • Nauwe contacten onderhouden met Medische Directie, Medische Diensthoofden en adviesorganen zoals de Medische Raad, de Faculteitsraad, het secretariaat BCUZ e.a.
  • Opstellen van overeenkomsten en instaan voor de ondertekening ervan.
  • Adviseren en begeleiden van de medische staf bij wijzigingen tijdens de loopbaan.
  • Fungeren als back-up voor het dossierbeheer van jouw collega’s HR consulenten.
  • Instaan voor correct beheer van het HR dossier van de medische staf in onze verschillende software applicaties (Xtend van Sdworx, SAGA, HUmanUZ, Empower,…).
  • Verzorgen van een professioneel onthaal als HR consulent en adviseren en ondersteunen bij vragen over arbeidsvoorwaarden (ziekte, arbeidsongeval, zwangerschap, tijdskredieten en thematische verloven, eindeloopbaan, educatief verlof, ...).
  • Meewerken aan de verdere uitbouw van een efficiënte en klantgerichte HR dienstverlening.

Welke collega zoeken we?

  • Gepassioneerd door HR: In het bezit van een Bachelor in een human resources richting of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Goede kennis van sociale wetgeving
  • Affiniteit met en inzicht in payroll. Je verwerft snel nieuwe inzichten
  • Administratief sterk, nauwkeruig en georganiseerd.
  • Communicatief: Je hebt een uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands. Verder is het vlot kunnen uitdrukken in Engels en/of Frans een troef. Daarnaast heb je een servicegerichte persoonlijkheid en ben je discreet.
  • Computervaardig: Je hebt een zeer goede kennis van MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Leergierig.
  • Pro-actieve teamspeler en multitasker.
