Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic, creative, and results-driven Marketing Manager to develop, implement, and manage effective marketing strategies to promote the company's products and services, strengthen brand awareness, increase customer engagement, and achieve business growth.

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and promotional campaigns to achieve business objectives.
  2. Plan, manage, and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media platforms, websites, and other online channels.
  3. Conduct market research and analyse industry trends, customer behaviour, and competitor activities.
  4. Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand the company's market presence.
  5. Manage the company's branding, advertising, public relations, and promotional activities.
  6. Oversee social media content creation, online advertisements, and marketing communications.
  7. Coordinate with internal departments, external agencies, vendors, and business partners to ensure effective marketing execution.
  8. Monitor marketing campaign performance, prepare reports, and recommend improvements to maximise results.
  9. Manage marketing budgets, allocate resources, and ensure cost-effective marketing activities.
  10. Develop customer acquisition and retention strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  11. Organise promotional events, exhibitions, product launches, and corporate marketing activities.
  12. Lead and supervise the marketing team, assign responsibilities, and monitor overall performance.
  13. Maintain the company's website and ensure marketing materials are updated and aligned with brand guidelines.
  14. Prepare marketing plans, presentations, proposals, and management reports.
  15. Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and implement continuous improvement strategies. RequirementsDiploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline. Relevant experience in marketing management or a similar position. Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media management, branding, and advertising. Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, and organisational skills. Ability to analyse market data and develop effective marketing strategies. Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital marketing tools. Creative thinking with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Ability to work independently and manage multiple marketing projects.
