Unser Kunde ist ein österreichisches Technologieunternehmen südlich von Wien mit langjähriger Erfahrung im Bereich Antriebstechnik.

Ihre Aufgaben:

* Mitarbeit bei der Pflege und Weiterentwicklung unseres integrierten Qualitätsmanagementsystems (ISO 9001, ISO 22163)

* Unterstützung bei der Begleitung und Bewertung von Unternehmensprozessen - Mitwirkung bei regelmäßigen Überprüfungen und Feedbackschleifen

* Erkennen von Verbesserungspotenzialen und aktive Mitgestaltung von Optimierungsmaßnahmen

* Kennenlernen und schrittweise Anwendung präventiver QM-Methoden (z. B. FMEA, Ishikawa, Fehlerbaumanalyse) unter Anleitung erfahrener Kolleginnen und Kollegen

* Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachabteilungen und Mitwirkung an einer Kultur, in der Qualität, Risikobewusstsein und Verbesserungen selbstverständlich sind

* Mitwirkung bei der Identifikation von Verbesserungspotenzialen und Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung von Optimierungsmaßnahmen

* Aufbereitung und Auswertung relevanter Kennzahlen

Unsere Anforderungen:

* Abgeschlossene technische oder kaufmännische Ausbildung auf Maturaniveau mit Weiterbildung im Qualitätsmanagement

* Erste Berufserfahrung im Qualitätsmanagement - idealerweise im produzierenden Umfeld

* Grundkenntnisse relevanter Normen (ISO 9001, ISO 22163) bzw. die Bereitschaft, sich entsprechende Fachkenntnisse anzueignen

* Gute Englischkenntnisse

* Analytisches Denkvermögen, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und hohe Eigeninitiative

* Freude an Teamarbeit, Kommunikation und der Entwicklung neuer Ideen
