Contribuir para a eficiência e transformação digital das operações de crédito PF, garantindo controles operacionais, monitoramento de indicadores, qualidade dos processos e implementação de soluções automatizadas (integrações) que reduzam atividades manuais e aumentem a produtividade da área.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar acompanhamento e controle das operações de crédito e formalização de contratos. Monitorar indicadores operacionais, SLA's, produtividade, qualidade e riscos operacionais. Desenvolver dashboards gerenciais e relatórios executivos para acompanhamento dos resultados da área. Mapear processos operacionais, identificar gargalos e propor melhorias contínuas. Atuar na automatização de controles, conferências e atividades operacionais recorrentes. Desenvolver soluções utilizando Python, Power BI e outras ferramentas de automação. Estruturar e administrar fluxos operacionais em workflow digital e plataformas similares. Apoiar iniciativas de digitalização, eficiência operacional e transformação de processos. Garantir atualização de procedimentos, normativos, manuais e materiais de apoio da área. Realizar análises de dados para suporte à tomada de decisão. Apoiar auditorias internas e externas, controles regulatórios e governança operacional. Interagir com áreas de Tecnologia, Produtos, Crédito, Compliance, Jurídico e Negócios para evolução dos processos. Participar de projetos relacionados à implementação de novas soluções, produtos e melhorias operacionais. Atuar com foco em redução de riscos, ganho de produtividade e melhoria da experiência dos clientes internos e externos.Requisitos e qualificações Formação superior completa ou em andamento em Engenharia, Sistemas de Informação, Ciência da Computação, Administração, Estatística, Economia ou áreas correlatas. Conhecimento em Python para automação e análise de dados. Experiência com Power BI (modelagem, construção de dashboards e indicadores). Conhecimento em ferramentas de gestão de processos, preferencialmente Pipefy. Excel avançado. Perfil analítico e orientado a dados. Capacidade de mapear processos e propor melhorias. Facilidade para atuar em ambientes dinâmicos e em transformação. Boa comunicação e capacidade de interação com diferentes áreas do banco.Informações adicionais Experiência em operações de crédito ou produtos bancários. Conhecimento em SQL. Conhecimento em Power Automate, RPA ou ferramentas de automação. Experiência com APIs e integrações entre sistemas. Conhecimento em metodologias ágeis. Experiência em projetos de transformação digital. Conhecimento em indicadores operacionais, controles internos e gestão de processos. Competências comportamentais
