Estamos buscando um(a) Coordenador(a) de Mídia Paga para liderar a estratégia e a operação de mídia paga de portfólios estratégicos da empresa, garantindo eficiência dos investimentos, escala de aquisição e crescimento de receita, ao mesmo tempo em que desenvolve e direciona o time.Responsabilidades e atribuições Principais responsabilidadesLiderar a estratégia e a operação de mídia paga de portfólios estratégicos da empresa, planejando, executando e escalando campanhas com foco em aquisição, conversão e crescimento de receita;Gerir e otimizar campanhas em Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads: alocação de budget, segmentações, estratégias de lance, criativos e oportunidades de escala.Liderar e desenvolver o time de mídia paga, garantindo direcionamento estratégico, qualidade das entregas, autonomia operacional e evolução contínua da equipe.Monitorar indicadores de performance (CAC, CPA, ROAS e conversão), identificar oportunidades e implementar planos de ação para maximizar a eficiência dos investimentos.Conduzir testes e experimentações contínuas e atuar de forma integrada com as áreas de Growth, CRM, Conteúdo, Produto e BI, conectando a estratégia de mídia aos objetivos de negócio.

Requisitos e qualificações Requisitos e qualificaçõesExperiência sólida e comprovada em marketing de performance, com domínio avançado e atuação hands-on em Google Ads e Meta Ads.Experiência na gestão de budgets relevantes e de múltiplas campanhas, produtos ou unidades de negócio, com responsabilidade direta pelos resultados.Experiência em gestão e desenvolvimento de pessoas, com capacidade de direcionar o time, estabelecer prioridades e garantir qualidade e consistência nas entregas.Forte capacidade analítica, com domínio de métricas de aquisição, conversão e rentabilidade, como CAC, CPA, ROAS e ROI.Conhecimento de mensuração e tracking digital, incluindo pixels, tags, eventos de conversão e ferramentas de analytics, como GA4 e Google Tag Manager, além de perfil autônomo, proativo e orientado a resultados.
