Estamos buscando profissional Gerente de Supermercado para integrar nosso time. Terá por missão atingir as metas de vendas definidas, contribuindo para o resultado financeiro, oferecendo produtos com qualidade, garantindo a excelência no atendimento ao cliente. Esta é uma posição sigilosa. O nome da organização será revelado ao longo das etapas do processo seletivo.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAtuar como principal agente de comunicação com a sua equipe, promovendo o alinhamento das informações, acompanhamento dos resultados e demais ações que visem a mobilização das pessoas para o atingimento das metas.Garantir que as estratégias formatadas pela empresa sejam praticadas no dia-a-dia, respeitando os valores e a cultura, atuando como agente de mudança, comprometido com o desenvolvimento, aplicação e disseminação dos programas institucionais. Interagir com as áreas corporativas da Empresa, encaminhando demandas de recursos necessários (produtos, equipamentos, pessoas etc.), visando a atingir as metas da Loja e promover ações que possam diferenciar a mesma, de acordo com os resultados projetados. Orientar a equipe a manter o local de trabalho (e as demais dependências de uso comum) organizado, limpo e higienizado, de acordo com as normas de qualidade, segurança, higiene, saúde e preservação ambiental da Empresa.Orientar a equipe quanto a atentar-se aos desperdícios de toda a natureza, utilizando os recursos de forma racional e consciente, de forma a contribuir com as metas e os resultados finais da sua Operação.Representar a Loja / Empresa perante o Cliente, seja pessoalmente ou através dos canais de comunicação (SAC), corrigindo eventuais falhas e esclarecendo dúvidas, a fim de garantir a confiabilidade e qualidade dos serviços e informações prestados.Responder pela gestão das equipes de trabalho da Loja, promovendo o desenvolvimento, a comunicação e a capacitação nos padrões e procedimentos, garantindo a produtividade e o atingimento das metas estabelecidas.Responder pela operação e funcionamento da Loja sob sua responsabilidade, garantindo que os padrões de funcionamento estejam de acordo com os estabelecidos pela Empresa. Responder pelas metas da Loja sob sua responsabilidade, realizando a gestão de todos os processos, garantindo os resultados, desenvolvendo planos de ação (de melhorias de processos, aumento de vendas, redução de custos operacionais), alavancando resultados.Responder pelo patrimônio de sua Loja de atuação, verificando e gerindo o acionamento do processo de manutenção das instalações e equipamentos, de forma a garantir que os mesmos estejam sempre em sintonia com os padrões desejados pela Empresa.Requisitos e qualificaçõesDesejável graduação completa ou em andamento.Experiência em analisar o desempenho de Vendas/Orçamento/Estoque/Resultados e indicadores de Avaria/Embalagem/Custo de pessoal/Despesas.
