Descrição da Vaga: 1. Planejar rotina de contatos e atividades diária, semanal e mensal; 2. Fazer o planejamento de intenção de venda para os meses seguintes; 3. Manter contato com os prospects via telefone, Skype, whatsapp, e-mail ou visitas; 4. Localizar, qualificar e integrar novos clientes à sua carteira; 5. Elaborar plano de abordagem para Clientes Inativos; 6. Preparar a estratégia de abordagem e negociação; 7. Conversar com clientes sobre produtos e serviços e mantendo as informações sobre o cliente atualizadas; 8. Elaborar propostas e cotações e enviá-las aos clientes; 9. Tirar pedidos dos produtos e serviços conforme normas da empresa; 10. Acompanhar a elaboração de contratos e sistema de pagamentos com clientes; 11. Acompanhar a entrega de produtos ou serviços; 12. Treinar e orientar clientes e seus vendedores em como usar ou demonstrar os produtos ou serviços; 13. Manter contato com clientes e responder ou encaminhar a solução das suas dúvidas; 14. Apresentar propostas e recomendações baseado nas necessidades dos clientes; 15. Elaborar relatórios de contatos, vendas efetuadas, vendas perdidas e ação da concorrência; 16. Identificar demandas dos clientes e tendências de mercado sugerindo novos produtos e serviços para a empresa; 17. Participar em feiras;

Requisitos: 1. Saber se comunicar de forma clara e eficaz com clientes, explicando as características e benefícios das peças.

2. Habilidade em negociar preços, prazos e condições de pagamento, buscando sempre o melhor resultado para a empresa e para o cliente.

3. Construir e manter bons relacionamentos com clientes, fornecedores e outros profissionais do setor.

4. Ser capaz de prestar um atendimento eficiente e personalizado, identificando as necessidades do cliente e oferecendo soluções adequadas.

Habilidade em identificar e solucionar problemas relacionados a peças automotivas, buscando soluções rápidas e eficazes.
