Atendimento ao Cliente - Recepcionar os clientes presencialmente, por telefone ou mensagens. - Realizar escuta ativa para entender as necessidades e queixas do cliente em relação ao veículo. - Explicar os serviços necessários de forma clara e objetiva, transmitindo confiança e transparência. - Elaborar orçamentos técnicos com base na avaliação mecânica. - Acompanhar o status dos serviços e manter o cliente informado durante todo o processo. - Realizar a entrega técnica do veículo, explicando os serviços realizados e orientações de manutenção preventiva. Administração e Processos Internos - Manter organizadas as rotinas administrativas da recepção e do pós-venda. - Abrir e acompanhar ordens de serviço. - Atualizar cadastros de clientes e históricos de serviços. - Controlar prazos, revisões programadas e acompanhamento de retorno dos clientes. - Arquivar documentos de forma organizada e digitalizada, quando aplicável. Gestão de Compras e Fornecedores - Solicitar peças e insumos automotivos com base nas ordens de serviço aprovadas. - Realizar mínimo de 3 cotações por item solicitado, buscando o melhor custo-benefício. - Negociar prazos, preços e condições de pagamento com fornecedores. - Dar entrada nas notas fiscais de peças no sistema da empresa. - Acompanhar o prazo de entrega e garantir a disponibilidade de peças dentro do cronograma. Relacionamento com a Equipe Técnica - Fazer a ponte entre o cliente e os mecânicos, traduzindo tecnicamente as necessidades identificadas. - Acompanhar a execução dos serviços, garantindo alinhamento com o que foi combinado com o cliente. - Auxiliar na priorização de serviços e organização da agenda de atendimento.
