A Easy Star atua no mercado de locação por temporada, integrando hospitalidade, tecnologia e gestão operacional de imóveis.

Buscamos profissionais dinâmicos, organizados e com facilidade para lidar com pessoas, múltiplas demandas e resolução de problemas.

Nesta função, você acompanhará toda a jornada do hóspede, desde a primeira consulta até o check-out, participando ativamente da gestão das reservas, atendimento e coordenação das demandas operacionais das unidades.

Principais atividades

* Realizar atendimento aos hóspedes por WhatsApp, telefone, e-mail e plataformas de hospedagem. * Gerenciar reservas, consultas, alterações, cancelamentos e solicitações dos hóspedes. * Acompanhar toda a jornada do hóspede, garantindo suporte antes, durante e após a estadia. * Organizar os processos de check-in e check-out, conferindo cadastros, documentos e liberação de acessos. * Programar, acompanhar e monitorar as equipes de limpeza, garantindo a entrega das unidades dentro dos padrões de qualidade e horários estabelecidos. * Gerenciar solicitações de manutenção preventiva e corretiva, acompanhando prestadores e a conclusão dos serviços. * Identificar, priorizar e solucionar ocorrências operacionais, atuando de forma ágil e resolutiva. * Monitorar a disponibilidade das unidades, ocupação e programação de entradas e saídas. * Realizar registros e atualizações nos sistemas de gestão da empresa. * Acompanhar avaliações e indicadores de satisfação dos hóspedes, contribuindo para a melhoria contínua da operação.

Requisitos e qualificações

* Ensino médio completo. * Experiência com atendimento ao cliente, preferencialmente em hotelaria, turismo ou locação por temporada. * Excelente comunicação verbal e escrita. * Organização, agilidade e capacidade de gerenciar múltiplas demandas simultaneamente. * Proatividade, senso de responsabilidade e habilidade para resolução de problemas. * Facilidade com sistemas digitais e ferramentas de gestão. * Disponibilidade para trabalhar em escala de turnos.

Diferenciais:

* Experiência em operações de short stay, hotelaria ou gestão de hospedagens. * Conhecimento das plataformas Airbnb, Booking e Expedia. * Familiaridade com sistemas de gestão como Stays e Field Control. * Experiência com coordenação de equipes de limpeza, manutenção e prestadores terceirizados. * Ensino superior cursando ou concluído em Turismo, Hotelaria, Administração ou áreas correlatas.
