• Atendimento ao cliente: Realizar atendimento por diferentes canais de comunicação, esclarecer dúvidas, fornecer informações sobre produtos e serviços e prestar suporte pós-venda, visando à satisfação e à fidelização dos clientes. • Acompanhamento de vendas e pedidos: Controlar e acompanhar pedidos, garantindo o cumprimento das etapas do processo comercial e a atualização das informações. • Suporte comercial e administrativo: Auxiliar na elaboração de propostas comerciais, apoiar negociações e organizar documentos e demais atividades administrativas relacionadas à área de vendas. • Gestão de informações e relatórios: Elaborar relatórios de desempenho comercial, manter cadastros e registros atualizados e assegurar a precisão e a organização das informações. • Apoio à equipe de vendas: Disponibilizar informações precisas e atualizadas aos vendedores, contribuindo para a produtividade e a eficiência das atividades comerciais. • Interface com áreas internas: Trabalhar em conjunto com os setores de logística, financeiro e demais áreas envolvidas, garantindo alinhamento e fluidez nos processos de vendas. • Prospecção comercial: Auxiliar na identificação, abordagem e qualificação de potenciais clientes, contribuindo para a geração de oportunidades de negócios.

  • Escolaridade: Ensino Médio Completo
  • Ensino Superior Completo ou Cursando em administração, comercial, marketing será um diferencial.
  • Boa comunicação verbal e escrita.
  • Organização, atenção aos detalhes e capacidade de priorizar tarefas.
  • Facilidade para trabalhar em equipe e colaborar com diferentes áreas.
  • Orientação para o cliente e foco em resultados.
  • Conhecimentos em ferramentas do Pacote Office, especialmente Excel, e facilidade para utilizar sistemas de gestão e ferramentas comerciais.

Horário comercial, segunda a sexta.
