The posting

  • Realizar atendimento consultivo a clientes interessados em iluminação decorativa.
  • Analisar projetos arquitetônicos, plantas e referências de interiores para sugerir soluções de iluminação adequadas a cada ambiente.
  • Recomendar luminárias considerando estética, funcionalidade, conforto visual, proporção, estilo e necessidades de cada espaço.
  • Desenvolver propostas personalizadas de iluminação para residências e outros ambientes.
  • Utilizar ferramentas de inteligência artificial para criar montagens e simulações das luminárias da loja em fotos reais dos ambientes dos clientes.
  • Apresentar visualmente as soluções propostas, facilitando a compreensão e a decisão de compra.
  • Elaborar orçamentos e acompanhar os clientes durante todo o processo de venda.
  • Desenvolver relacionamento com arquitetos, designers de interiores e outros profissionais do segmento.
  • Acompanhar tendências de iluminação, decoração, arquitetura e design de interiores.
  • Contribuir para o aumento das vendas, da conversão comercial e do ticket médio da categoria de iluminação.

Horário: Segunda a sexta 07:00–18:0 - Sábado 08:00–12:00

  • Perfil comercial, com facilidade de comunicação, negociação e relacionamento com clientes.
  • Interesse ou afinidade com iluminação, decoração, arquitetura e design de interiores.
  • Bom senso estético e capacidade de combinar beleza, funcionalidade e necessidades práticas.
  • Facilidade para interpretar referências visuais, plantas e projetos de ambientes, ou disposição para desenvolver essa habilidade.
  • Familiaridade com ferramentas digitais e interesse em utilizar inteligência artificial para criar simulações visuais. Diferenciais
  • Estar cursando Arquitetura e Urbanismo, Design de Interiores ou áreas relacionadas.
  • Ter experiência com vendas de iluminação, móveis, decoração ou acabamentos.
  • Conhecer conceitos de iluminação residencial, como temperatura de cor, intensidade luminosa, iluminação direta e indireta, iluminação técnica e decorativa.
  • Ter familiaridade com ferramentas de IA para geração e edição de imagens, ou softwares de visualização de ambientes.
  • Possuir experiência com leitura de plantas baixas e projetos de interiores.
