  • Liderar, acompanhar e desenvolver a equipe de vendas;

Horário: 12h às 20h - Escala 6x1

  • Experiência em varejo e liderança de equipes;
  • Vivência em lojas de shopping;
  • Foco em vendas, metas e resultados;
  • Boa comunicação e capacidade de persuasão;
  • Conhecimento em Pacote Office;
  • Ensino médio completo;
  • Cursos ou especializações em liderança e vendas serão diferenciais;
  • Afinidade com tecnologia será um grande diferencial.
  • Piso salarial da categoria de R$ 2.125,00 ou comissão de 4% sobre as vendas, prevalecendo o maior valor, + 40% referente ao cargo de confiança, totalizando R$ 2.975;
  • Premiação semanal por desempenho individual em vendas e indicadores: R$ 250,00 por semana, batendo as metas semanais R$ 1.000,00 por mês;
  • Premiação semanal por desempenho da loja em vendas e indicadores: R$ 400,00 por semana, batendo as metas semanais R$ 1.600,00 por mês;
  • Premiação de destaque da loja no indicador de PEÇAS POR ATENDIMENTO (PA): R$ 700,00 mensais, conforme os critérios de desempenho e destaque semanal;
  • Premiações adicionais por superação de metas individuais: R$ 60,00 a cada 10% de superação da meta semanal sendo infinita, 10%, 20%, 30%... conforme as regras vigentes.
  • Premiações adicionais por superação de metas da loja: R$ 100,00 a cada 10% de superação da meta semanal sendo infinita.
  • Comissão de 1% sobre as vendas totais da Loja Total de salario batendo as metas, as metas semanais e com destaque do indicador de PA, R$ 6.275,00; Total batendo as metas com superação de 10%, R$ 6.915,00; Total de ganhos, batendo as metas com superação de 10%, incluindo a premiação destaque e a comissão de 1% sobre as vendas totais da loja: R$ 7.915,00.
