Vahterus on hitsatun levylämmönsiirrinteknologian kehittäjä, edelläkävijä ja markkinajohtaja. Toimintamme tavoite on ollut alusta saakka selvä: pyrimme tarjoamaan asiakkaillemme parhaan hitsatun levylämmönsiirrinratkaisun. Ilman lämmönsiirtimiä teollisuus ja kotitaloudet lakkaisivat toimimasta. Lämmönsiirtimien tehokkuus on myös keskeinen tekijä erityisesti nyt, maailman siirtyessä käyttämään uusia energiamuotoja.

Etsimme osaavaa ja asiakaslähtöistä After Sales Engineeriä vahvistamaan After Sales -tiimiämme. Tehtävässä vastaat asiakkaiden teknisestä tuesta, asiakaspalautteiden käsittelystä sekä kentällä tehtävistä selvitys- ja huoltotehtävistä kansainvälisessä toimintaympäristössä. Toimit tiiviissä yhteistyössä asiakkaiden sekä sisäisten ja ulkoisten sidosryhmien kanssa sekä koordinoit tarvittavia toimenpiteitä ongelmatilanteiden ratkaisemiseksi. Tehtävä sisältää matkustamista, joten toivomme sen olevan sinulle luonteva ja mielekäs osa työarkea. Keskeinen osa tehtävää on asiakkaiden tukeminen ja palveleminen niin etänä kuin paikan päällä, minkä lisäksi osallistut aktiivisesti After Sales -toimintojen ja toimintatapojen kehittämiseen.

  • soveltuva insinöörikoulutus
  • painelaitestandardeihin tuntemusta
  • asiakaspalveluhenkinen ote sekä valmius toimia asiakkaiden tukena puhelimitse ja sähköisten kanavien kautta tai asiakkaan tiloissa
  • valmius ja aito halu matkustaa kansainvälisesti (myös offshore-kohteisiin), sillä matkustaminen muodostaa merkittävän osan työstä.
  • kykyä ratkoa teknisiä ongelmia sekä tehdä itsenäisiä päätöksiä
  • järjestelmällistä ja vastuullista työotetta
  • hyviä yhteistyö- ja vuorovaikutustaitoja
  • englannin kielen erinomaiset taidot suullisesti ja kirjallisesti, muut kielet katsotaan eduksi
