Vahterus on hitsatun levylämmönsiirrinteknologian kehittäjä, edelläkävijä ja markkinajohtaja. Toimintamme tavoite on ollut alusta saakka selvä: pyrimme tarjoamaan asiakkaillemme parhaan hitsatun levylämmönsiirrinratkaisun. llman lämmönsiirtimiä teollisuus ja kotitaloudet lakkaisivat toimimasta. Lämmönsiirtimien tehokkuus on myös keskeinen tekijä erityisesti nyt, maailman siirtyessä käyttämään uusia energiamuotoja.

Etsimme People & Culture Generalistia kasvun keskelle, määräaikaiseen työsuhteeseen vanhempainvapaan sijaisuuteen vuoden 2028 helmikuun loppuun saakka.

Organisaatiomme elää vahvaa kasvuvaihetta ja muutos on meille arkea. Tässä roolissa varmistat, että ihmisjohtamisen perusta kestää kasvun paineen, arjen HR-prosessit rullaavat hallitusti ja esihenkilöt saavat sparraavan, ratkaisukeskeisen kumppanin rinnalleen. Toimit arjessasi lähellä esihenkilöitä ja tiimejä. Autat ratkaisemaan työsuhdeasioita, viet prosesseja maaliin ja tuot selkeyttä tilanteisiin, joissa prioriteetit elävät. Pidät langat käsissäsi myös silloin, kun vauhti kiihtyy. Rooli ei ole kiveen hakattu – tässä tehtävässä saa ja joutuu tekemään kaikenlaista. Tehtävän painopisteet voivat muuttua ja roolia voidaan rakentaa oman osaamisesi, kokemuksesi ja kiinnostuksesi pohjalta – kuitenkin aina liiketoiminnan muuttuviin tarpeisiin peilaten.

People & Culture Generalistina:

  • Vastaat operatiivisten HR-prosessien sujuvasta ja laadukkaasta toteutuksesta
  • Sparraat ja tuet esihenkilöitä arjen ihmisjohtamisessa konkreettisesti ja käytännönläheisesti
  • Varmistat, että sovitut toimintamallit eivät jää ohjeistuksiksi vaan näkyvät arjen tekemisessä
  • Tuot käytännönläheisiä näkemyksiä päätöksenteon tueksi

Toivomme sinulta:

  • Muutaman vuoden kokemusta monipuolisista HR-tehtävistä (valmistava teollisuusympäristö katsotaan eduksi)
  • Osaamista priorisoida, organisoida ja saattaa asiat tehokkaasti päätökseen arjen vaihtelevissa tilanteissa
  • Rohkeutta ja halua ottaa omistajuutta asiakokonaisuuksista, prosesseista ja projekteista
  • Liiketoimintaymmärrystä ja kykyä hahmottaa People & Culturen vaikuttavuus liiketoiminnan onnistumiseen
  • Joustavuutta ja resilienssiä, sillä muutostilanteissa prioriteetit elävät
  • Avoimuutta ja aitoutta: pärjäät tiimissämme parhaiten olemalla oma itsesi
  • Sujuvaa englannin kielen taitoa, sillä monimuotoinen työyhteisömme on keskeinen osa menestystämme

Työpisteesi sijaitsee Kalannissa. Rooli edellyttää säännöllistä läsnäoloa siellä, missä action on. P&C Generalistin työ on ihmisten kohtaamista ja aktiivista läsnäoloa esihenkilöiden tukena.

Palkka asettuu kokemuksestasi ja osaamisestasi riippuen EUR 3 600 – 4 200 välille.
