DEINE AUFGABEN

Als Consultant im Bereich Finance Transformation & Digitalization führst Du gemeinsam mit unseren Kunden die Entwicklung maßgeschneiderter Business Intelligence Lösungen durch, die es unseren Kunden ermöglichen, fundierte Entscheidungen zu treffen.

  • Beratung unserer Kunden in anspruchsvollen und spannenden Projekten im Bereich Finance Transformation, Finance Automation & Digital Finance
  • Technische Vorbereitung und Begleitung der Umsetzung in führenden CPM-Tools wie SAP und CCH Tagetik. Dein tiefes Know-how ermöglicht es Dir, die technische Implementierung erfolgreich zu leiten und zu überwachen
  • Du nutzt Deine Expertise, um strategische Modelle zu entwickeln und kontinuierlich durch Definition und Optimierung von Steuerungs-, KPI- und Treibermodellen zu verbessern
  • Digitalisierung von Steuerungsprozessen wie z.B. Planung, Forecast oder Reporting sowie Konzeption neuer Kommunikationsmaßnahmen
  • Durch Dein Know-How gestaltest Du eigenverantwortlich unser dynamisches, digitales und offenes Unternehmen aktiv mit
  • Wir fördern Deine Kenntnisse im Projektmanagement, unterstützen Deine berufliche Weiterentwicklung und bieten Dir die Möglichkeit, Deine Führungsfähigkeiten auszubauen
  • Du bist bei Kunden vor Ort, im Homeoffice oder an einem unserer Standorte tätig, je nach Projektanforderungen

DAS BRINGST DU MIT

  • Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Wirtschaftsinformatik, Betriebswirtschaft, Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Du bringst Berufserfahrung in einer Unternehmensberatung, einem Start-up oder im Finanzbereich eines Unternehmens mit
  • Du hast Interesse an Prozessoptimierung und an der Digitalisierung im Finanzbereich
  • Du hast umfassende Erfahrung in der Implementierung von Corporate Performance Management (CPM)-Systemen oder SAP, einschließlich der Planung, Konfiguration und erfolgreichen Einführung dieser Systeme in Unternehmen
  • Du verfügst über tiefgründige Kenntnisse im Bereich Planungs- und Reporting-Tools (z. B. CCH Tagetik, Power BI, SAC oder andere)
  • Du trittst verbindlich auf und hast eine ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung
  • Engagement, aktive Kommunikation und Spaß an Teamwork zeichnen Dich aus
  • Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und Englisch und reist gerne zu Kunden
