DEINE AUFGABEN

Du arbeitest an der Schnittstelle von Finance, Daten, KI und Beratung. Gemeinsam mit unseren Teams unterstützt Du Unternehmen dabei, Planungs-, Reporting- und Steuerungsprozesse intelligenter zu gestalten. Dabei analysierst Du komplexe Fragestellungen, entwickelst neue Lösungsansätze und setzt moderne Technologien gezielt ein, um echten Mehrwert zu schaffen. Neben technischen Themen lernst Du auch die fachlichen und strategischen Herausforderungen unserer Kunden kennen und entwickelst Dich Schritt für Schritt in die Beraterrolle hinein.

  • Du analysierst Fragestellungen aus Finance, Controlling und Corporate Performance Management
  • Du entwickelst daten- und KI-gestützte Lösungen, Prototypen und Anwendungen
  • Du unterstützt bei der Konzeption und Umsetzung von Agentic-AI-, Analytics- und Automatisierungslösungen
  • Du verbindest Fachlichkeit, Daten und Technologie zu praxisnahen Lösungsansätzen
  • Du bereitest Ergebnisse adressatengerecht auf und präsentierst sie im Team oder gegenüber Kunden
  • Du evaluierst neue Technologien und entwickelst innovative Ideen für zukünftige Anwendungsfälle

DAS BRINGST DU MIT

Du interessierst Dich für die Verbindung von Business, Technologie und Beratung und möchtest Verantwortung übernehmen. Du arbeitest analytisch, denkst strukturiert und hast Freude daran, komplexe Fragestellungen zu durchdringen und gemeinsam Lösungen zu entwickeln.

  • Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Data Science, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs
  • Erste praktische Erfahrungen durch Projekte, Werkstudententätigkeiten, Praktika oder eigene Initiativen
  • Interesse an Themen wie Artificial Intelligence, Data Analytics, Finance und Corporate Performance Management
  • Erste Kenntnisse in Python, TypeScript, SQL oder vergleichbaren Technologien
  • Analytisches Denkvermögen sowie die Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte verständlich aufzubereiten
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (mindestens C1+)
  • Hohe Eigeninitiative, Lernbereitschaft und der Wunsch, Dich perspektivisch in Richtung Beratung weiterzuentwickeln
