DEINE AUFGABEN

Als (Senior) Manager*in im Bereich Finance Transformation & Digitalization entwickelst Du maßgeschneiderte Lösungen für unsere Kunden um. Als Projektleiter*in bist Du in allen Projektphasen zentraler Ansprechpartner für Deine Kunden und überzeugst diese durch Deine Fachexpertise.

  • Als Manager*in im Bereich Finance Transformation & Digitalization übernimmst Du eine Projektleitungsfunktion, in der Du (agile) Projekte in verschiedenen Phasen planst und steuerst
  • Du akquirierst Projekte und erstellst eigenverantwortlich komplexe Angebote
  • Du siehst Dich in der Rolle als Projekt & Transformation Leader*in Digitalisierung der Finanzprozesse in CPM
  • Du entwickelst neue Beratungsinhalte und hast Freude an innovativen Themen
  • Du führst ein Projektteam und gibst Dein Wissen gerne an Junioren weiter
  • Im Einsatz bist Du entweder bei Kunden vor Ort, flexibel im Homeoffice oder an einem unserer Standorte

DAS BRINGST DU MIT

  • Du verfügst über mindestens 5 Jahre Beratungserfahrung im Finance Transformation Umfeld sowie Erfahrung mit agilen Entwicklungsprozessen
  • Du hast bereits Erfahrung in der Führung von Projektteams und agierst gerne als Förderer und Wegbereiter für Dein Team
  • Du besitzt ein tiefes Verständnis der gesamten unternehmerischen Wertschöpfungskette sowie der betriebswirtschaftlichen Zusammenhänge
  • Praktische Erfahrung im Umgang mit CCH Tagetik, SAP S/4HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud und Power BI gehören zu Deinem Portfolio
  • Du bist ein Macher mit Hands-on-Mentalität, der eigene Ideen vorantreibt und erfolgreich umsetzt
  • Du verfügst über eine ausgezeichnete Präsentations- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit und bewegst Dich souverän auf allen Managementebenen
  • Du hast fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse durch internationale Projekte bereits erworben
  • Du bist flexibel und reisebereit, um unsere Kunden optimal zu unterstützen
