DEINE AUFGABEN

Als Consultant*in Projektmanagement hilfst Du unseren Kunden die Transformation in eine digitale Zukunft zu meistern. Du kannst eigene Ideen einbringen und hast direkt die Möglichkeit einen echten Fußabdruck in unserem Unternehmen zu hinterlassen.

  • Du arbeitest eng mit allen Beteiligten zusammen: Projektmanagement, Architektur, Produktmanagement, Scrum Master und User Assistance, um einen reibungslosen Entwicklungsprozess zu gewährleisten
  • Du übernimmst die Planung und Steuerung von Projekten, einschließlich der Definition von Projektzielen, der Erstellung von Zeitplänen und der Zuweisung von Ressourcen
  • Du kommunizierst mit den Stakeholdern und bist verantwortlich für die Operationalisierung der Rollout- und Enabling-Aktivitäten im betreffenden Bereich
  • Du koordinierst die Zusammenarbeit zwischen verschiedenen Teams und Stakeholdern, um einen reibungslosen Entwicklungsprozess zu gewährleisten
  • Du erstellst und pflegst Projektdokumentationen, inklusive Statusberichten, Risikomanagement- und Änderungsmanagement-Protokollen
  • Dein Einsatz erfolgt entweder vor Ort beim Kunden, flexibel im Homeoffice oder an einem unserer Standorte

DAS BRINGST DU MIT

  • Du hast fundierte Kenntnisse in Programmiersprachen (insbesondere SQL, R, Python) sowie in Datenbank-Technologien (wie SAP HANA, SAP BW und Microsoft SQL) mit
  • Du hast bereits Erfahrung in der Beratung oder in einer vergleichbaren Funktion auf Kundenseite, insbesondere im Bereich Software-Implementierung
  • Dein Interesse an Prozessoptimierung und der Digitalisierung im Finanzbereich treibt Dich an
  • Du verfügst über praktische Erfahrung im Umgang mit Planungs- und Reporting-Tools (wie CCH Tagetik, SAP Analytics Cloud, Power BI)
  • Du besitzt fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
