Für unseren Standort in Fürth suchen wir ab sofort eine psychotherapeutische Leitung. Unsere Akademie in Fürth gehört zu den großen Ausbildungsinstituten in Deutschland.

Einrichtungstyp: Anerkanntes Weiterbildungsinstitut gem. WBO PT Bayern Zuständige Kammer: Bayerische Psychotherapeutenkammer (PTK Bayern) Stellenumfang: Teil-, oder Vollzeit Rechtsgrundlagen: § 6 PsychThG a.F, § 117 SGB V PTG a.F., §§ 11, 13, 14 WBO PT Bayern (2022);

Diese Aufgaben erwarten Sie bei uns

Strategisch-organisatorische Leitung

  • Gesamtverantwortung für den ordnungsgemäßen Weiterbildungsbetrieb
  • Sicherstellung der Zulassungsvoraussetzungen nach WBO der PTK
  • Antragstellung und laufende Kommunikation mit der PTK Bayern
  • Fachliche Leitung der Institutsambulanz
  • Qualitätssicherung und regelmäßige Evaluation des Weiterbildungsangebots
  • Mitteilungspflichten an die Kammer bei Strukturveränderungen

Fachliche Verantwortung

  • Sicherstellung der Weiterbildungsinhalte (Theorie, Supervision, Selbsterfahrung, Behandlung)
  • Anerkennung und Überprüfung von Supervisorinnen/Supervisoren und Selbsterfahrungsleitenden
  • Koordination der Weiterbildungsbefugten und Dozentinnen/Dozenten
  • Fachkundliche Verantwortung für Richtlinienkonformität, Verfahren, Erfüllung der Leistungsgrundlage (§92 SGBV durch G-BA sowie §6 PsychThG a.F.)
  • Verantwortung für Diagnostik, Indikationsstellung, Therapieplanung und -durchführung (im jeweiligen Richtlinienverfahren)
  • Verantwortung für Logbuch-Dokumentation und Weiterbildungszeugnisse/ Bescheinigungen
  • Zulassung zur Abschlussprüfung und Kooperation mit dem Prüfungsausschuss der PTK Bayern

Kooperation & Vernetzung

  • Kooperation mit Weiterbildungsstätten (stationär, ambulant, institutionell)
  • Einbeziehung aktueller wissenschaftlicher Erkenntnisse / Koordination von Projekten und Studien (z. B. Universitätskooperation)
  • Vertretung des Instituts gegenüber der PTK Bayern und anderen Stakeholdern

Ihre Fähigkeiten

Fachliche Kompetenzen

  • Supervisionsqualifikation im entsprechenden Verfahren (anerkannt durch eine Psychotherapeutenkammer /PTK Bayern gewünscht)
  • Nachweisliche Lehrerfahrung, idealerweise mind. 3 Jahre Dozententätigkeit
  • Kenntnisse über die Weiterbildungsordnung sowie der einschlägigen Rechtsgrundlagen
  • Ggf. Erfahrungen im Berufspolitischen

Persönliche Kompetenzen

  • Führungserfahrung und organisatorisches Geschick
  • Kollegiale, transparente Kommunikation gegenüber Weiterbildungsteilnehmenden
  • Bereitschaft zur kontinuierlichen Fort- und Weiterbildung

Anforderungsprofil Formale Qualifikationen (zwingend)

  • Approbation als Psychologische/r Psychotherapeut/in oder Kinder- und Jugendlichenpsychotherapeut/in (Ergänzungsqualifikation gewünscht)
  • Abgeschlossene Weiterbildung in Verhaltenstherapie (zweite Fachkunde ST, TP oder AP gewünscht)
  • Zulassung für Gruppenpsychotherapie, EMRD, Hypnotherapie (gewünscht)
  • Anerkennung als Weiterbildungsbefugte/r durch die PTK Bayern (§ 11 WBO PT Bayern/ Anerkennung nachträglich möglich)
  • Nachweis mind. 5-jähriger psychotherapeutischer Tätigkeit in der Krankenbehandlung nach Approbation
