Wir suchen deutschlandweit zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt Telefonisten (m/w/d) mit medizinischen Vorkenntnissen (gerne MFA oder Pflegefachkräfte) | Home Office, Remote Work und Teilzeit (Bottrop) möglich.

Diese Aufgaben erwarten Sie bei uns

  • Mitarbeit in unserem Patientenservice, 1st-Level Support
  • Sie sind erster Ansprechpartner für unsere Patient*innen und vereinbaren Termine bei unseren Ärzt*innen
  • Inbound-/Outbound-Telefonie mit Schwerpunkt auf Terminvereinbarungen
  • Sie beantworten telefonische Anfragen und koordinieren alle Anrufe in unserer Einrichtung
  • Sie bearbeiten E-Mailanfragen mit dem Schwerpunkt auf Terminvereinbarung
  • Sie nehmen telefonische Beschwerden entgegen und dokumentieren diese

Ihre Fähigkeiten

  • Sie telefonieren gerne und können sich am Telefon gut ausdrücken
  • Sehr gute mündliche und schriftliche Kommunikationsfähigkeit in Deutsch, weitere Sprachen sind von Vorteil
  • Sicherer Umgang mit dem PC
  • Bereitschaft zur flexiblen Planung der Arbeitszeiten (Montag bis Freitag 08:00 - 17:00 Uhr), Arbeitszeitwünsche werden, soweit möglich, berücksichtigt
  • Sie verfügen über eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe und arbeiten zuverlässig und selbstständig
  • Sie sind ein echter Teamplayer und können sich flexibel auf neue Situationen einstellen
  • Durch Ihre Kundenorientierung und Kommunikationsstärke fühlt sich die Patientin/der Patient bei Ihnen gut aufgehoben
  • Sie sind in stressigen Situationen auch belastbar und zeigen Einsatzbereitschaft
  • Sie verfügen über ein hohes Maß an Empathie und haben ein offenes Ohr für unsere Patient*innen

Das wünschen wir uns

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als MFA oder Pflegekraft oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Sie haben idealerweise Vorerfahrung in der Arbeit mit psychisch kranken Patient*innen sowie in der Inbound-/Outbound-Telefonie
