Role Summary:

The Finance Executive will play a pivotal role in managing the financial operations of Valeo Health, ensuring accurate reporting, regulatory compliance, and supporting strategic decision-making processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in finance and accounting, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Financial Management & Reporting:
  • Prepare, analyze, and present financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow forecasts.
  • Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and monitor budgetary compliance.
  • Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end financial closing.
  1. Accounting Operations:
  • Manage day-to-day accounting activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processing.
  • Reconcile bank statements and maintain general ledger accounts.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
  1. Regulatory Compliance:
  • Stay updated with changes in financial regulations and tax laws.
  • Prepare and file GST, TDS, and other statutory returns as required.
  • Coordinate with auditors and ensure successful completion of audits.
  1. Financial Analysis & Strategy:
  • Conduct financial analysis to support strategic initiatives and business decisions.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend improvements.
  • Provide insights on financial performance to the leadership team.
  1. Stakeholder Management:
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners, including banks, auditors, and regulatory authorities.
  • Respond to financial queries and provide timely resolutions.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field (Master’s degree or CA/ICWA qualification is a plus).
  • Experience: 2-5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a similar role.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, ZohoBooks) and advanced knowledge of MS Excel.
  • Soft Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in financial reporting and documentation.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with Indian accounting standards, taxation laws, and compliance requirements.
