W zakładzie Valeo w Czechowicach-Dziedzicach wytwarzamy systemy napędu wspomagające redukcję zużycia paliwa oraz niższą emisję spalin – rozruszniki, przepustnice powietrza, zawory recyrkulacji spalin (EGR), elektromechaniczne układy wykonawcze oraz innowacyjne napędy elektryczne.

Do Twoich zadań należeć będzie:

  • Planowanie, kierowanie i prowadzenie działania zespołu projektowego inżynierów CAD w celu osiągnięcia celów i zadań firmy, z naciskiem na wydajność techniczną i koszty wytwarzania produktów oraz przestrzeganie harmonogramów i budżetów projektu;
  • Motywowanie członków zespołu projektowego do efektywnej pracy, rozwijania umiejętności i zwiększania odpowiedzialności;
  • Współdziałanie i skuteczne komunikowanie się z innymi zespołami wewnątrz i na zewnątrz organizacji;
  • Uczestniczenie w przygotowaniu propozycji technicznych, kosztorysów, specyfikacji testów, raportów stanu, raportów technicznych i harmonogramów projektów;
  • Egzekwowanie standardów metodologii i rozwiązań produktowych.

Idealny Kandydat na to stanowisko będzie:

  • Posiadać tytuł inżyniera lub magistra studiów technicznych (preferowane kierunki: Mechanika i Budowa Maszyn, Mechatronika, Elektrotechnika);
  • Mieć ponad 5 lat doświadczenia zawodowego w projektowaniu mechanicznym;
  • Znać oprogramowanie CAD (preferowana Catia v5);
  • Biegle posługiwać się językiem angielskim;
  • Mieć wysoko rozwinięte umiejętności interpersonalne i komunikacyjne oraz chęć zarządzania ludźmi. Ważną częścią pracy jest również rozwijanie talentów inżynierskich oraz działania mentoringowe.
  • Graczem zespołowym, zdolnym do prezentowania poglądów i koncepcji w dyskusjach grupowych;
  • Potrafił pomóc w wypracowaniu konsensusu zespołowego w razie potrzeby.
