Zakład Produkcji Systemów Wycieraczek w Skawinie specjalizuje się w projektowaniu, produkcji, malowaniu oraz montażu piór, ramion i mechanizmów wycieraczek. W 2013 roku dodatkowo rozpoczęto produkcję silników do wycieraczek. Działalność Zakładu Produkcji Systemów Wycieraczek w Skawinie jest dodatkowo wspierana przez nowoczesne centrum badań i rozwoju, które obecnie zatrudnia około 100 pracowników.

Obecnie dla Zakładu Produkcji Systemów Wycieraczek w Skawinie rekrutujemy na stanowisko Stażysty w Dziale Jakości

Do twoich zadań należeć będzie:

  • Współpraca z działem produkcji i procesu w celu rozwoju produkcji nowoczesnych systemów wycieraczek;
  • Zbieranie oraz prezentacja danych jakościowych w produkcji (poziom odrzutów, scrap ratio)
  • Przygotowywanie dokumentacji jakościowej (CP/FMEA/Instrukcje kontroli);
  • Analiza danych Pareto oraz SPC;
  • Wykonywanie analiz MSA;
  • Wsparcie działu jakości w rozwiązywaniu problemów jakościowych (wewnętrznych oraz reklamacji klientów).
  • Nadzór nad sprzętem kontrolno-pomiarowym w obszarze produkcji

Dołącz do naszego zespołu, jeśli posiadasz:

  • Status studenta (II rok studiów i wyżej) lub absolwenta, preferowane kierunki: Inżynieria jakości i produkcji, Zarządzanie jakością, Zarządzanie i inżynieria produkcji oraz pokrewne
  • Znajomość j. angielskiego na poziomie dobrym
  • Znajomość systemów komputerowych: Ms Office
  • Umiejętność analitycznego myślenia i szybkość w ocenie sytuacji
  • Umiejętność pracy w zespole
  • Dynamizm w działaniu
  • Chęć uczenia się i poznawania nowych obszarów wiedzy
  • Umiejętność pracy nad kilkoma tematami równocześnie
  • Dyspozycyjność min 3 dni w tygodniu
