Não discriminamos com base em raça, religião, cor, nacionalidade, gênero, orientação sexual, deficiência ou qualquer outra base.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesApoiar o levantamento de informações e o mapeamento de processos e fluxos produtivos, identificando etapas, atividades e oportunidades de melhoria.Auxiliar na elaboração, revisão e atualização de Procedimentos Operacionais Padrão (POPs), instruções de trabalho e demais documentos relacionados aos processos.Apoiar a organização de evidências de auditoria, o preenchimento de checklists e o acompanhamento dos planos de ação e das ações corretivas.Auxiliar na coleta e consolidação de dados operacionais para elaboração de relatórios e acompanhamento de indicadores de desempenho.Contribuir para a identificação de gargalos e oportunidades de melhoria nos processos.Manter a documentação da área de processos e qualidade organizada, padronizada e atualizada, garantindo sua acessibilidade.Apoiar as iniciativas de padronização, organização e melhoria contínua, conforme as diretrizes e metodologias da área.Requisitos e qualificaçõesCursando Engenharia de Produção, Administração, Gestão da Qualidade, Gestão de Processos ou Engenharias correlatas.Conhecimentos acadêmicos em mapeamento de processos, gestão da qualidade ou Organização, Sistemas e Métodos (OSM) serão considerados diferenciais.Noções de ferramentas da qualidade.Conhecimentos básicos sobre padronização de processos, auditorias e normas ISO será considerado diferencial.

Domínio do Pacote Office ou Google Workspace, especialmente Excel/Planilhas e Word/Documentos.Noções de ferramentas de modelagem e desenho de processos, como Bizagi, Lucidchart, Visio ou Canva, ou interesse em aprendê-las.
