Pour l-un de nos clients de renom dans le domaine de l-horlogerie, nous recherchons des Techniciens méthodes (H/F) pour accompagner le développement de ses activités dans la région. Vous êtes au cœur de l-industrialisation : de l-étude de faisabilité à la qualification en production, vous développez et optimisez les gammes, les programmes et les moyens qui feront les produits de demain. Un poste varié, entre bureau et terrain, où vos idées se concrétisent rapidement. Vos tâches : Développer, mettre au point et optimiser les gammes, les programmes et les moyens de production ou de contrôle Participer à l-industrialisation des nouveaux produits et processus, de l-étude de faisabilité jusqu-à la qualification en production Réaliser les essais, établir les plans d-expérience et formaliser les résultats et les rapports associés Formaliser, fiabiliser et mettre à disposition les données techniques nécessaires aux opérations Rationaliser les gammes de fabrication et contribuer à l-amélioration continue des processus et des moyens industriels Apporter un soutien technique aux équipes d-exploitation face aux problématiques complexes Collaborer avec les partenaires internes pour garantir le respect des standards métier et la qualité des opérations

Votre profil

Vous êtes une personne autonome, rigoureuse et organisée, avec le goût du terrain, l-esprit d-analyse et de synthèse, et le sens de la collaboration. Vous avez : Une formation technique de type CFC de polymécanicien, Ingénieur HES ou Technicien ES en microtechnique, mécanique ou domaine équivalent Une expérience dans les méthodes industrielles, idéalement en usinage, terminaison automatique et/ou contrôle Des connaissances des moyens de production automatisés, des machines à commande numérique, de la programmation ou des procédés de contrôle, selon votre spécialisation La maîtrise d-un outil de CAO, d-un système ERP et des outils informatiques usuels Vous êtes : Capable de conduire des essais, d-analyser les résultats et de résoudre des problématiques techniques À l-aise en communication et en travail d-équipe Disponible pour suivre une formation initiale à Genève avant de poursuivre la mission dans le canton de Fribourg
