OBJETIVO:

Trabajar eficazmente de tiempo completo como soporte táctico y operacional a Ventas, Cadena de Suministro, Finanzas, Precios y Cotizaciones y sus procesos para cumplir con los requisitos del cliente interno de una forma oportuna y costo-efectiva y, cumpliendo con las políticas de la empresa.

ACTIVIDADES Y RESPONSABILIDADES:

  • Actuar de soporte para las transacciones de Ventas, Cotizaciones, Finanzas y Cadena de Suministro. El colaborador desarrollará o rotará de acuerdo a las necesidades en los diferentes procesos por lo que la compañía le proporcionará según corresponda la capacitación necesaria.
  • Procesar las facturas hasta completar el proceso de pago. Fungir como apoyo para las funciones diarias de facturación.
  • Apoyo en las actividades de cuentas por pagar como recepción, procesamiento, verificación, conciliación de facturas, reconciliación bancaria, registros de contabilidad, cartera vencida en el balance, solucionar diferencias, atender preguntas y atender las facturas que no procede pago.
  • Atender solicitudes de pago y atención a portales.
  • Responsable por el apoyo en el proceso de logística hasta la entrega al cliente - captura de órdenes, control de órdenes, expeditación, manejo de tiempos de entrega, reportes de inventarios, reabastecimiento de consignaciones, facturación de mano de obra/vendings, excepciones, resolución de problemas de acuerdo a las necesidades.
  • Preparación de cotizaciones para los equipos de CSR y Ventas de acuerdo a políticas internas. Asegurar la exactitud y competitividad en precios para los procesos de pre/post venta.
  • Procesar la activación de partes en el almacén correcto y catálogo de cliente y, de acuerdo a la política interna.
  • Actualización de cambios de precios en el sistema. Preparar y mantener los libros de precios por cliente y modelos de costeo en VallenIQ y SXe.
  • Analizar y preparar modelos de históricos de clientes, proyecciones y tendencias para la planeación y compra de productos.
  • Manejo del inventario (niveles y antigüedad).
  • Recolección de información relacionada a los procesos y asegura la calidad de la información y análisis estadístico.
  • Búsqueda de Mejoras y optimizaciones - identifica las causas raíz, recomienda e implementa soluciones. Establece/actualiza mejores prácticas.
  • Realizar, generar y dar seguimiento a reportes, tableros de indicadores y otros registros o kpis.
  • Seguimiento y cumplimiento a los Kpi's definidos para cada proceso.
  • Alertar sobre desviaciones y/o riesgos potenciales de una forma oportuna.
  • Manejo de quejas, servicios insatisfactorios y establecimiento de planes de acción.
  • Mantener la integridad y consistencia de la información.
  • Las tareas son rutinarias, repetitivas y de naturaleza manual con mínima complejidad o variación.
  • Apoyar en los proyectos especiales y otras actividades de apoyo que se requieran y vayan en función al puesto/departamento y actividades del COE.
  • Cumplir con el Programa de Compliance y Código de conducta de la empresa. Cumplir con los procedimientos de Salud, Seguridad y Medio Ambiente vigentes de la Empresa
  • Conocer y apegarse a los procedimientos del área registrados en el SGI

EXPERIENCIA:

No es necesaria la experiencia pero es preferible el haber realizado al menos prácticas profesionales. Experiencia minima 1 año es un plus, en servicio al cliente, cadena de suministro, contabilidad, precios o manejo de información.

CONOCIMIENTOS:

Básicos y preferibles en servicio a cliente, cadena de suministro, contabilidad/administracion, precios y manejo de informacióin.

EDUCACIÓN:

Licenciatura/Ingeniera terminada o en curso

IDIOMAS:

Inglés avanzado
