The posting

OBJETIVO:

Gestionar, supervisar y controlar los procesos de inventarios que se tiene en sitio, para asegurar el adecuado manejo de los materiales que estan bajo su responsabilidad, desde la recepción del material, resguardo y acomodo hasta su debido despacho, asegurando la confiabilidad en los inventarios y el capital invertido por la compañia evitando pérdidas en los mismos

ACTIVIDADES Y RESPONSABILIDADES:

  • Registrar las entradas y salidas de los materiales que se reciben y se surten en el almacén.
  • Garantizar la preservación de los materiales, vigilando que el personal cumpla con el procedimiento P-INV-04 durante los procesos de recepción, acomódo y surtido de materiales, productos y bienes propiedad de la empresa.
  • Analizar y generar los pedidos de contrato y de stock para surtimiento de los almacenes a su cargo.
  • Reportar los faltantes y sobrantes de mercancías que se puedan presentar.
  • Solicitar o realizar traspasos a otras sucursales y/o Sitios
  • Asegurar la limpieza y acomodo correcto en el almacén.
  • Realizar el conteo cíclico diario, en compañía del Coordinador Administrativo Regional de CXC de la sucursal y/o Sitio.
  • Evitar mermas de producto en el almacén, y si esto ocurre que se reporten de manera correcta y en tiempo a matriz.
  • Participar en la realización de los Inventarios físicos generales en el almacén a su cargo, de materiales, productos y bienes propiedad de la Empresa.
  • Resguardar la documentación generada de los procesos de almacén.
  • Apoyar en actividades de reparto de acuerdo a necesidad empresa.
  • Conocer y apegarse a los procedimientos del área registrados en el SGI.
  • Cumplir con el Programa de Compliance y Código de conducta de la empresa. Cumplir con los procedimientos de Salud, Seguridad y Medio Ambiente vigentes de la Empresa
  • Cualquier otra actividad que se requiera y vaya en función de su puesto o departamento.

EXPERIENCIA:

2 años como Jefe de Almacén

CONOCIMIENTOS:

1. Conocimiento de Procesos de Almacén 2. Conocimientos en despacho y resguardo de materiales 3. Conocimiento de 5´S 5. Uso de paquetería Office (Intermedio) 6. Uso de sistema ERP 7. Fundamientos de manejo de Montacargas
