  • Build Customer Relationships: Maintain effective working relationships with customer stakeholders, communicate service status and performance, and address operational concerns.
  • Drive Performance: Monitor key performance indicators, evaluate operational data, identify deficiencies, and implement corrective actions to improve safety, quality, productivity, and service reliability.
  • Lead and Develop People: Establish expectations, coach assigned personnel, support technical development, and ensure responsibilities align with demonstrated capabilities and qualifications.
  • Maintain Operational Discipline: Reinforce safety, compliance, standard work, documentation accuracy, inventory control, and effective use of company and customer resources.
  • Improve Results: Identify opportunities to reduce waste, unnecessary consumption, rework, and avoidable costs while improving service quality and customer value.
  • Coordinate with Management: Communicate program performance, resource needs, risks, and improvement opportunities to the appropriate management team.
  • Other duties assigned by departmental leadership.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience or demonstrated competency in metalworking services, manufacturing, industrial operations, maintenance, lubrication, machining fluids, chemical management, tooling, waste management, or related field.
  • Ability to coordinate operational activities, solve problems, maintain standards, and take accountability for service delivery and results.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to interpret performance data, identify improvement opportunities, and follow corrective actions through completion.
  • Ability to guide and develop personnel while balancing customer needs, operational priorities, and available resources.
  • Commitment to workplace safety, regulatory compliance, consistent execution, and continuous improvement.
  • Proficiency with electronic documentation, reporting tools, and applicable business systems.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
