Lead Engineer till globala projekt inom massa- och pappersindustrin

Vill du vara tekniskt ledande i komplexa industriprojekt och bidra till att utveckla framtidens lösningar för massa- och pappersindustrin?

På Valmet i Karlstad får du en nyckelroll i våra globala leveransprojekt där du ansvarar för maskintekniska lösningar från konstruktion och tillverkning till kunddialog och teknisk problemlösning. Som Lead Engineer samordnar du det maskintekniska arbetet och fungerar som en viktig länk mellan kunder, leverantörer och projektteam.

Hos oss arbetar du i en internationell miljö med tekniskt komplexa projekt som hjälper våra kunder att förbättra produktivitet, kvalitet och hållbarhet. Nu söker vi dig som trivs med att ta ansvar, skapa struktur och driva tekniska frågor framåt.

Arbetsuppgifter

  • Arbeta som Lead Engineer i projekt inom Machine Engineering, både i ombyggnadsprojekt och större leveransprojekt
  • Samordna och driva det maskintekniska arbetet genom hela projektets genomförande
  • Ansvara för tillverkningsunderlag utifrån designspecifikationer och kundkrav
  • Problemlösning, förbättringsarbete och utredningsarbete inom våra projekt
  • Delta i kundmöten, både digitala och på plats hos kund
  • Ge tekniskt stöd i tillverkningsfrågor till våra leverantörer, både nationellt och internationellt
  • Resor i tjänsten kan förekomma, exempelvis för inspektioner hos tillverkare, kundbesök och projektmöten

Kvalifikationer

  • Högskole- eller civilingenjörsexamen
  • Erfarenhet av tekniska leveransprojekt inom maskin- eller processindustri
  • Mycket goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska, både i tal och skrift. Ytterligare språk är meriterande
  • Förmåga att självständigt driva ditt arbete framåt och ta initiativ när det behövs
  • Körkort för bil

Trivs med att ta ansvar för tekniska frågor och att samordna arbetet mellan olika intressenter. Du är strukturerad och lösningsorienterad, med förmåga att driva arbetet framåt även när projekten är komplexa och flera aktiviteter pågår parallellt. Du samarbetar lätt med kunder, kollegor och leverantörer, delar gärna med dig av din kunskap och bidrar till ett arbetsklimat där utveckling, samarbete och teknisk kvalitet står i fokus.
