  • Strong knowledge of casting and forging processes, materials, and procurement practices.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
  • Experience with vendor development, contract management, supplier negotiations, and cost analysis.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems, inventory management, and procurement documentation.
  • Understanding of quality standards, inspection requirements, and audits such as API, ISO, ATEX, and PED.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and supplier relationship management skills.
  • Willingness to travel for vendor development activities and supplier audits.

To succeed in this role

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
