The posting

We are seeking a Global Sales Operations Manager to serve as the operational spine of our worldwide go-to-market engine. Based out of our Texas regional hubs (Dallas or Houston), this role will be responsible for standardizing global revenue systems, driving cross-regional pipeline governance, managing our core sales technology stack (HubSpot, Apollo, Replicon), driving commercial deal/RFP processes, aligning marketing campaigns to revenue targets, and delivering actionable executive analytics across Americas, EMEA, and APAC. The ideal candidate possesses deep technical expertise in HubSpot CRM administration, rigorous data hygiene discipline, hands-on experience with sales engagement and time-tracking integrations, experience managing sales commissions and RFP execution, and experience using advanced AI toolsets (such as Anthropic Claude) to automate reporting workflows and pipeline analysis in fast-paced B2B environments.

Key Responsibilities

1. Global HubSpot CRM Architecture & Data Hygiene HubSpot System Administration: Oversee global HubSpot architecture, custom objects, property creation, workflows, automation sequences, multi-currency settings, and pipeline stage mappings across all global regions. Pipeline Governance & SLA Enforcement: Establish and enforce global record-hygiene standards to eradicate stale data (30+ day un-contacted deals, missing activity logs, expired close dates, and misconfigured hs_is_closed / stage properties). Deal Desk & Policy Alignment: Standardize cross-border rules of engagement, deal approval matrices, discounting guidelines, and multi-region/split-credit policies. 2. Marketing Alignment, RFPs & Commercial Execution Drive Marketing Calendar Based on Sales Goals: Partner closely with regional sales leadership and marketing teams to build and enforce a unified global marketing calendar directly aligned with regional revenue targets, product campaigns, vertical expansion, and event/conference schedules. Drive Info, Pitch & RFP Processes: Own the global end-to-end deal enablement workflow—leading response management for Requests for Information (RFIs), Requests for Proposals (RFPs), pitch decks, and commercial proposal creation across EMEA, Americas, and APAC. Commission Administration & Tracking: Manage, calculate, and track sales team variable incentive compensation and commission payouts based on closed-won contracts, revenue benchmarks, and multi-tier split-credit rules. 3. Revenue Analytics, AI Reporting & Forecasting AI-Assisted Reporting & Analysis: Leverage LLMs and AI analysis frameworks (e.g., Anthropic Claude / Claude Code) to automate weekly sales deck generation, synthesize multi-source telemetry (HubSpot, Apollo, Replicon, email), and generate executive-ready insight decks. Executive Dashboards: Build and maintain automated, consolidated global dashboards tracking Open Pipeline, Forecast Accuracy, Conversion Rates, Win/Loss Ratios, and Stage Velocity. Pipeline Risk Management: Identify single-deal exposure, pipeline barbell shapes, and concentration risks; deliver weekly analytical commentary to sales leadership. Audit & Data Integrity: Audit stage transition lifespans and historical audit logs to ensure velocity and duration metrics reflect true selling cycles rather than retroactive backfills. 4. Tech Stack Governance (Apollo & Replicon Integration) Apollo.io Vendor & Credit Management: Oversee Apollo.io administration, user seat management, sequence workflows, and credit pool allocations (direct dials, lead credits, enrichment) across global teams to prevent operational bottlenecks. Replicon & Activity Reconciliation: Reconcile sales rep activity data across Apollo, HubSpot records, and Replicon timesheets to ensure proper segregation between business development, client servicing, and delivery hours. Cross-System Data Alignment: Maintain seamless integrations between HubSpot, Apollo, and Replicon to track rep productivity, call metrics, and category hour allocations. 5. Sales Enablement & Global Execution Asynchronous Training & Onboarding: Design scalable onboarding workflows and technical documentation for reps operating across Americas, EMEA, and APAC time zones. Territory & Compensation Governance: Assist revenue leadership in structuring annual territory coverage models, quota allocations, and multi-tier variable incentive compensation workflows compliant with regional labor standards.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Data Analytics, or related field (MBA preferred). 5–8 years of progressive experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Commercial Operations, with at least 2–3 years supporting global/multi-region sales teams (Americas, EMEA, APAC). Demonstrated experience leading complex B2B proposal/RFP workflows, pitch creation, commission tracking, and aligning go-to-market marketing plans with revenue targets. Strong background in enterprise B2B sales cycles, complex deal structures, and multi-entity global operations (energy, technology, or professional services experience preferred). Advanced HubSpot Administrator expertise (HubSpot Certified Administrator preferred) with multi-currency, custom reporting, and multi-region pipeline configuration experience. Advanced hands-on experience with Apollo.io (credit management, sequence building, dialer analytics) and Replicon (time tracking, project category allocation). High proficiency in Excel (complex commission modeling, financial forecasting, pivot tables) and Business Intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau, or Looker). Experience using Claude (Anthropic), ChatGPT, or LLM-driven automation workflows for data transformation, report generation, or prompt-based workflow optimization. Zero-tolerance mindset for corrupted pipeline data, missing activity logs, un-tracked commissions, or misconfigured stage properties. Ability to align cross-functional stakeholders (Sales, Finance, Marketing, Delivery) across multiple time zones and cultural norms. Aptitude for converting raw CRM datasets into clear strategic direction for C-suite leadership. Travel Requirements- 0–25% (Occasional domestic and international travel to regional office hubs)

Compensation Target: $100,000 – $125,000 Base Salary + 15–20% Annual Performance Bonus

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
