The posting

Als schadebeheerster sta ik in voor de volledige administratieve en praktische opvolging van schadedossiers. Ik ben het aanspreekpunt voor klanten bij schadegevallen en begeleid hen gedurende het volledige schadeproces, van de eerste aangifte tot de uiteindelijke afhandeling.

Taken en verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Ontvangen, registreren en analyseren van schadeaangiftes.
  • Openen, beheren en opvolgen van schadedossiers.
  • Contact onderhouden met klanten, verzekeringsmaatschappijen, experten en herstellers.
  • Opvragen, controleren en verwerken van de nodige documenten en bewijsstukken.
  • Opvolgen van expertises, schadebegrotingen en herstellingen.
  • Controleren van de polisvoorwaarden en de toepasselijke waarborgen.
  • Bewaken van termijnen en zorgen voor een correcte en tijdige dossierafhandeling.
  • Klanten informeren over de stand van zaken en hen begeleiden bij vragen of problemen.
  • Bemiddelen tussen de verschillende betrokken partijen om tot een correcte schadevergoeding te komen.
  • Instaan voor een nauwkeurige administratieve verwerking en archivering van dossiers.

Belangrijke competenties:

  • Klantgericht en communicatief sterk.
  • Nauwkeurig, georganiseerd en stressbestendig.
  • Probleemoplossend en analytisch ingesteld.
  • Empathisch en begripvol bij moeilijke of emotionele situaties.
  • Zelfstandig kunnen werken en prioriteiten stellen.
  • Discreet omgaan met vertrouwelijke klantgegevens.
  • Goede kennis van verzekeringsproducten, polisvoorwaarden en schadeprocedures.
