The posting

Estamos buscando Senior Software Engineer para sumarse a un importante proyecto internacional.

Modalidad: 100% Remota Ubicación requerida: Guadalajara (MX), Ciudad de México (MX) o Bogotá (CO) Horario: CST Duración: 1 año con posibilidad de extensión Inglés: C1+ (bilingüe inglés/español)

Responsabilidades principales:

- Diseñar, desarrollar y mantener aplicaciones, APIs y servicios distribuidos. - Liderar implementaciones de funcionalidades complejas e iniciativas de modernización tecnológica. - Participar en decisiones de arquitectura y revisiones de diseño. - Realizar code reviews y brindar mentoría técnica. - Colaborar con equipos de Producto, QA y DevOps. - Optimizar rendimiento, escalabilidad, seguridad y confiabilidad. - Resolver incidentes productivos e impulsar mejoras preventivas.

Requisitos:

- Más de 5 años de experiencia en desarrollo de software. - Sólida experiencia con C#, .NET Core/.NET 6+, ASP.NET Core, REST APIs, Entity Framework Core y LINQ. - Experiencia construyendo aplicaciones empresariales escalables, microservicios y sistemas distribuidos. - Conocimientos en arquitecturas cloud-native (AWS, Azure o GCP). - Manejo de bases de datos relacionales y/o NoSQL. - Experiencia con Git, GitHub, GitLab o Azure DevOps y pipelines CI/CD. - Conocimiento de patrones de diseño, Clean Architecture, estructuras de datos y algoritmos. - Experiencia utilizando herramientas de IA para desarrollo de software (GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Cursor, Claude, entre otras). - Capacidad para liderar iniciativas técnicas, participar en decisiones de arquitectura y mentorizar desarrolladores.

Será un plus experiencia con:

- Docker y Kubernetes. - Arquitecturas orientadas a eventos y mensajería. - Tecnologías serverless. - Prácticas DevOps y modernización de plataformas. - Frameworks frontend como React o Angular.
