Buscamos Senior Full Stack Engineer para desarrollar soluciones escalables dentro de un entorno SaaS global. Tendrás un rol clave en arquitectura, desarrollo, performance y confiabilidad, trabajando con tecnologías modernas y herramientas de Inteligencia Artificial aplicadas al desarrollo.

Responsabilidades

  • Desarrollar soluciones Full Stack con Java, Spring, React y TypeScript.
  • Diseñar y mantener APIs REST, microservicios y sistemas distribuidos.
  • Integrar capacidades de Generative AI en sistemas backend.
  • Resolver problemas de performance, escalabilidad y confiabilidad.
  • Participar en decisiones de arquitectura y code reviews.
  • Mejorar prácticas de CI/CD, testing y monitoreo.
  • Utilizar herramientas de desarrollo asistido por IA en el trabajo diario.

Requisitos

  • 6+ años de experiencia en desarrollo de software.
  • 4+ años desarrollando aplicaciones Full Stack en entornos SaaS.
  • Experiencia sólida con Java, Spring, React, JavaScript y TypeScript.
  • Experiencia con APIs REST, microservicios y sistemas distribuidos.
  • Experiencia con PostgreSQL.
  • Experiencia con Docker, CI/CD y testing.
  • Experiencia con Azure, AWS o GCP.
  • Experiencia con Playwright, Cypress o herramientas similares.
  • Experiencia integrando Generative AI en sistemas backend.
  • Experiencia utilizando herramientas de AI-assisted development.
  • Inglés fluido C1/C2 — excluyente.

Será un plus

  • Experiencia con MongoDB o Redis.
  • Familiaridad con Maven o Ant.
  • Experiencia con arquitecturas orientadas a eventos.
